Biography

Dean Bauman has been a commercial realtor specializing in the sale of income producing commercial properties and development land in the Fraser Valley for 21 years, since 1990. Mr. Bauman spent 16 years with CB Richard Ellis Ltd,  an International commercial real estate company headquartered in downtown Vancouver , B.C. Dean consistently ranked in the top 15 brokers in the lower mainland for dollar volume production annually and sells on average between 15-30 properties per annum. Mr. Bauman has sold over half a billion dollars of real estate in his career and his client list includes all major developers, pension funds, insurance companies and high net worth individuals who invest in properties in the Fraser Valley. Dean has had a consistent dollar volume production selling between 40-50 million dollars of real estate per annum. In May of 2006 Mr. Bauman moved his business to Remax Colonial Pacific Ltd. In South Surrey and opened his own division branded as Remax Commercial Real Estate Services.
